All guided trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip require full payment. For cancellations made 8 or more days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Our guide season is very short, and once a guide is booked, they decline other trips for that date—last-minute cancellations leave them without work.
