Saddle up, partners—The Fly Tying Rodeo is rolling into the River People Guides Fly Shop starting January 2026!
Join us every Wednesday at 7:00 PM for an 8-week fly-tying experience filled with western vibes, good company, and finely crafted trout snacks.
Whether you’re new to the vise or a seasoned bug-slinger, this program will guide you through 2–3 professionally selected fly patterns each session, covering dry flies, nymphs, streamers, and western-inspired classics. You’ll build confidence, refine technique, and leave each night with flies you can proudly (and successfully) fish on the Elbow and beyond.
What’s Included
- All fly-tying materials provided (optional if you prefer your own)
- Weekly instruction and hands-on practice
- A high-energy community atmosphere
